  • EASILY PREPARE DELICIOUS COLD BREW COFFEE!

In Japanese, Mizudashi means "water soup". Not the most elegant name for this sleek-looking cold brewer, so we like to call it Oishi tsumetai kohi (delicious cold coffee).

Just add some tasty, medium-ground coffee to the mesh filter, fill with cold water, and leave it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

The result? Smooth, syrupy sweet light coffee for you to pour into your cup, and run out the door. One taste, and you'll be as hooked as we are.

We've also been using the HARIO Mizudashi Cold Brewer Mini to make iced teas. Our favourites so far? Cold Japanese Sencha, and Indian Nilgiri (black tea) mixed with apple juice.

Used for a few weeks and love it!

I’ve been using this for a few weeks and absolutely love it! I love that I can just dump coffee grinds in in the morning and have cold brew the next day with very little effort.

Cold Brew

Brews super tasty coffee. I bought the smaller version because it was on sale. Super coffee! I brew a few batches a week and the family enjoys it.

I would suggest to start with the Hario guided ratios before going to a lot of what you may find on line that call for stronger brew ratios.

Lovely!

I bought the 1L a while back and love it but sometimes i just want a cold brew for 2-3 cups so decided to get the mini one. I love it and it’s cute too!

Easy-to-clean practical cold brewer

I am so glad I found this cold brewer. I was using a small tea ball in a mug but it was too small for me. Now I can drink a lot of cold tea and coffee in the summer! It is also very easy to clean too. Great stuff!

Not for cold brew concentrate

I only realised after my purchase that this cold brew maker isn't meant for making cold brew concentrate. I was so bummed since it did not suit my original need. However, it works perfectly well for making cold brew tea. Sturdy enough and at its price point, it will do.
