Grinding once again!!

my original Inner Burr developed a crack in it and I emailed these fine folks and asked if they thought I needed to replace it or not and they said I definitely should but they also sent it out no cost except shipping. They sent out the wrong one though that didn't go with my original parts. No worries because they also fixed that mistake by sending out new correct parts. With just a little patience everything is back together again and I am grinding beans on the daily like I was before that incident. Thank you for the great customer support!
