the FELLOW Stagg [X] Pour Over Dripper's shorter height aligns with the traditional pourover brewing methods of a continuous slow pour. Brewing with Stagg [X] gives you more control over your water dispersal and extraction.

Recommended for 1 cup brews (300ml/10oz), the Stagg [X] rests comfortably on Fellow drinkware and servers.

    • Vacuum insulated for ultimate heat retention during your brew. Stainless steel body, silicone gasket.
    • Steep slope to increase coffee-to-water contact and boost extraction.
    • No clog drainage hole and bumps.
    • Ratio aid measures out 1-2 servings so you always know the right amount of coffee to add. Ratio aid also acts as a drip cup for when you're done brewing.
    • Comes with 15 Stagg [X] Paper Filters

Elevating Coffee with Stainless Precision

Its stainless steel construction and double-wall design, sets a new standard for exceptional coffee. The stainless precision enhances the brewing process, resulting in a consistently better cup that’s worth savoring.

Nice Flat Bottom Dripper

It's a well-designed product, especially when paired with other Fellow products such as the Stagg kettle. It makes pre-heating and use much easier and smarter, and the taste profile is differentiated from V60 or other cone shaped brewers. It extracts sweeter and stronger profiles better. Overall, an excellent product.

A very good dripper with few shortcomings

Pros: Double-wall insulated design does help keeping the coffee slurry much hotter than a Kalita 185. More draining holes leads to a higher flow rate than Kalita 185 but still lower than a plastic V60. The design itself is very aesthetic looking. With the Rao-Gagné modding (a piece of stainless steel mesh strainer place at the bottom of the dripper, below the filter paper), it could maintain a constantly high flow rate throughout the brew.

Cons: The edges of the dosing aid and funnel seems to be too thin and sharp. The silicon gasket at the bottom makes it incredibly hard to swirl the dripper in the blooming phase and after the final pour. Also, the gasket makes it harder to place the dripper perfectly level, even used together with Fellow's own tasting glass.

Tip: based on my experience, this dripper fits the following carafes almost perfectly: Fellow tasting glass, Kalita 500ml server, Timemore French Press 3.0

Overall, a good investment for anyone who wants to push their brew to the ultimate level.

Very intentional design; fun to use

This pour over brewer is very intentionally designed, like all of fellow's products. I LOVE the funnel that comes with it; that was a very nice idea to solve one slight annoyance: it makes it so much easier to pour the coffee in. I also use this funnel for other purposes; just a good tool to have on hand. It also stores neatly in the base; so good. The drip tray is also a nice feature, and it is part of the whole aesthetic of the dripper. It is just so functional and looks nice. The vacuum insulation works very well, I like not burning my hands. The coffee brewing process is exactly what I wanted, with a faster drawdown time, but slightly slower than the Espro Bloom. It can make a really clean cup. I don't use the ratio aid, for obvious reasons. It is really just a pleasure to use, and it looks great. You really pay for that privilege though; its pricy.
