  • Biscuit is pure porcelain baked at 1300°C (2372°F) with a matte, unglazed finish. It has no pores with tremendous density and hardness and is easy to clean superficially. However, stubborn stains from food or flatware must be removed before putting in the dishwasher, using soap and the abrasive (green) part of a sponge (e.g. Scotch Brite).

Immerse from time to time in water with a normal whitening powder to keep the white and brightness of the porcelain. Matte black pieces may absorb heavier oils and naturally take on a more lived-in appearance over time.

Cute and small

In comparison with the larger one, this one is really small. It can contain an egg, and that is about it. I also think smaller ones are actually more difficult to produce, as can be seen that the lid does not fit perfectly.
