La Cabra began in a small shop in Aarhus, Denmark in 2012 and has quickly established itself as one of the best and most sought after coffee roasters in the world. We've had La Cabra at Eight Ounce a few times and we are always blown away by the deliciousness and complexity. These coffees are no exception!

These coffees were roasted on February 4th, 2019.
