Café Lanterne - Dosha, Ethiopia, Washed

A washed coffee from Ethiopia that is certified organic (in the country). Their coffees, in addition to having a wonderful flavor profile, benefit from a traceability going back to the farmer, Ahadu Woubhset. The Dosha comes from a block of the same name, Ahadu's favorite and where the "mother tree" of the Tega and Tula farm is located. The farm is located in the Kaffa region, the very origin of coffee. The relationship between Café Import and the Tega and Tula farm dates back to 2007, when the president tasted coffees from this region then little known for specialty coffee.
