The package came fairly quickly and with excellent product protection. The mug itself is a bit heavy making it feel premium. The capacity is small relative to the size of the mug but it is double wall so the temperature of your drink does not change the temperature of the outer side of mug. Can't be dishwashed but I like that because it makes me take better care of it like I want to anyway.
