A Very Vibrant Coffee

The beans are small and smells like toasted buttery nuts. Mostly on the light roast side and has bright acidity. I tested with the 4:6 method using a coarse grind setting, works well as the final product is clear and juicy. When brewed in the AeroPress with the "New Orleans Brewers Cup Champion" method, it tasted almost like a nice fruity syrup. So in general a good choice if you prefer a lighter and acidic brew.

I've become a huge fan of Luna coffee and this one does not disappoint.
Really flavourful with sweet but balanced notes.
