Chachagui is a blend of three different varieties, produced by various coffee growers from the municipality of Chachagui. The temperature in this region ranges between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius, where the trees are fed by the waters of two nearby rivers, grown between 1,900 - 2,050 MASL.

In the region of Chachagui there is a vast diversity of crops grown there, and the economy relies exclusively on primary products such as coffee, beans and corn. With approximately 29% of this regions total surface area dedicated to agriculture, many other crops like sugar cane and bananas are grown in addition to their primary products, primarily for self-consumption.

This coffee is washed and placed in fermentation tanks for 18 hours before dried on patios. The drying time for each producer varies between 6-15 days, depending on their respective drying technique and the weather.

In the cup, this coffee is sweet with citrus notes and is such a great example of delicious and approachable Colombian coffees.
