This coffee comes from the 1518 Collection, which is a selection of small lot, experimental coffees from the Rodriguez farms. This gesha was lactically fermented before being dried as a natural. This has imbued it with lots of fruit, but it has a brightness to the acidity that is reminiscent of a washed coffee.
