A new natural Ethiopian makes its entrance in our offer! In this case, it is a taste of strawberry jam that surprises us from the beginning of the sip, all in texture. The finish is declined on notes of fine cocoa.
This is THE coffee we wanted to offer you. We know the Anasora from selling it in our Nektar Caféologue at the beginning of our adventure with other roasters. It is a natural high end, highly appreciated by our customers and very sought after in the roasting world. We are very happy to have succeeded in obtaining it this year for the first time and to be able to roast it at home. The quantity is quite limited, it will go fast!
Tadesse Edema, the producer of this crop, comes from a family with a long tradition of coffee growing. He is the third generation producer in Guji, which is known for its impeccable production of quality lots. The local microclimate and nutrient-rich brownish-red soil make Anasora an ideal place to produce incredibly delicious, high-quality coffees known for their juicy fruit profiles. Thanks to annual improvements, this year's batch of Anasora has a more complex and refined flavor profile.
This is a coffee that is best enjoyed with dessert, or with peanut butter toast. (For the PB&J effect 😉 )
A good funky espresso, or a milkshake style latte.
