Mexican coffees tend to be easy to roast, and easy to enjoy. The taste can remind you of Brazil with it’s classic chocolaty and nutty notes, but the clean profile and hint of acidity separates Mexico from the typical Brazilian coffee.

This darker version is a round and sweet option.

Smooth Pour Over

Early days for me with pour over technique, so I bought a bag of this + harken winter + phil&seb standard to test.

This bag of Rabbit Hole was easily my favourite. Not particularly fruity, very subtle and had classic coffee flavours.
