• Use to accurately take the temperature of milk and other liquids.

  Calibration Instructions

  1. Use an 11mm (7/16in) wrench to turn hex nut under thermometer dial
  2. Fill cup with crushed ice, add water and stir. Let water sit for one minute
  3. Immerse at least 50.8mm (2in) of stem into water and wait 30 seconds
  4. Hold dial and rotate tool until pointer aligns with the "Calibrate" indicator
