Immersed in the world of coffee farming from a young age, he learned everything from his grandfather and remembers regularly helping out on the plantation after returning from school.
In addition to these practical skills, he holds a computer technician diploma and is starting a course in agronomy. With this graduate level, he is able to see the industry from a different perspective. He quickly saw the need to move from a more traditional model to specialty coffee production 4 years ago and uses his knowledge to improve quality at all levels. Since then, he has participated in several regional competitions where his coffee consistently stands out in the top 10.
The immense potential of this farm translates into a sweet, delicate and complex cup. We taste magnificent dominant notes of hazelnuts and raw honey as well as a juicy citric acidity reminiscent of Meyer lemon.
