  • ABOUT THE BUESACO JARDINES, FILTER

This coffee is our second arrival from the department of Narino, Colombia. It is a communal blend of 4 farms surrounding the town of Buesaco: Finca El Cririmoyo, Finca El Limon, Finca La Quebrada and Finca El Plan. The name "Buesaco Jardines" was given to refer to the very small size of the farms which are more similar to gardens. Narino's steep lands produces rather dry and cool microclimates which result in slower cherry maturation and more complex sugar development.

This coffee is a perfect exemplification of this unique terroir. We taste a bright acidity reminiscent of mandarin orange, starfruit and pear, beautifully balanced with flavours of 70% dark chocolate.

We would like to thank our Canadian importing partner Apex Coffee for this selection.
