We've developed and roasted this seasonal blend so that it is versatile; as delicious extracted for filter coffee as it is for espresso. This year, it's once again an all-African blend, with a sweet natural Ethiopian base and 2 washed Ethiopian coffees: the Nensebo Refisa and the Guji Mordocofe.
This trio combines beautifully to create a fruity, complex and comforting result. Intense notes of cherry jam and dark chocolate, a syrupy texture and a spicy finish reminiscent of mulled wine are revealed in this combination that is sure to please everyone.
