ABOUT THE NENSEBO REFISA, FILTER
Located in the heart of the Nensebo district, the Refisa washing station process the cherries of more than 389 small producers from the neighboring villages of Rochiro, Bulga, Riripa and Refisa. The average farm size is 2 hectares and producers cultivate ancient regional varieties such as Wolisho and Kurume as well as wild varieties originating from neighboring forests.
It’s with the help of the exporter Tropiq that we have been able to get our hands on this delicious lot from a region where we are buying for the first time. This coffee will offer you an elegant and delicate cup filled with notes of white peach, jasmine, Meyer lemon and cane sugar as well as a buttery texture.
