Lots of bright, fresh green apple, pear and plum with a slight herbaceousness. All of this underpinned by a deep sweetness and just a touch of nuttiness.

About the coffee
In 1980, Daniel Moreno purchased his second farm: Finca El Campo, near El Cedral in Santa Barbara. Although he passed away in 2018, his work has been carried on by his seven sons.
The Morenos are among the top producers of high-quality specialty coffee in Santa Barbara, growing mostly Pacas and Catuai on their 1.75 - hectare farm. The family is constantly evaluating and adjusting agronomic, harvesting, and processing techniques to produce consistently clean and expressive coffees in their challengingly humid and cold environment. This is the second year we have bought coffee from the Moreno family whose efforts clearly show in the cup.
