  • Building on the brilliant design of the popular Timemore Nano hand coffee grinder, the new Slim is a little taller so you can grind more coffee! The Slim uses the same sharp steel burrs, the same spring mechanism that locks the inner burr into position and two ball bearings that hold the grind shaft in place. The result is an exceptionally precise grind and a smooth turning handle. The Slim comes with a traditional style handle, but it's the little touches like the magnetic handle knob that show how thoughtfully this grinder was designed.

The Timemore Slim Coffee Grinder is great when you want a hand grinder that's precise enough for perfect espresso shots but it's equally well suited to coarser grinds.

You now have two burr sets to choose from! The original Slim comes with sharp Stainless Steel Burrs perfect for espresso, coarse grinds like French Press, and everything in between. Or choose Titanium-coated Stainless Steel burrs, designed specifically for the best espresso grind.

    • Available in Black with Diamond Grip pattern with Stainless Steel or new Titanium Coated Stainless Steel Burrs
    • HRC58 Sharp Stainless Steel Burr Set
    • Capacity: ~20g
    • Diameter: 45mm
    • Includes a grinder brush
  • We recommend that you grind through some Urnex Grindz™ every once in a while to soak up coffee oils and make it easier to keep your grinder clean. And while this video is for the Nano, you can brush clean your Slim the same way:

this is my first good hand grinder. I was debating getting an electric to "save time" but honestly for the one or two cups my wife and I make the ritual of the grinding is actually something I enjoy. I can feel the resistance is different with different roasts and it takes longer to warm up the espresso machine than to grind. I am very happy with this in my morning regime - had this for almost 2 years now. Bought the titanium model. I would replace but it looks to last a lifetime. We take it camping an enjoy excellent coffee. And eight ounce had excellent customer service.

A joy to use.

I purchased this as an upgrade to a GSI Outdoors JavaMill - and the difference was night and day.

The knurled body feels nice in the hand and the long handle really makes it effortless to use. So far the grind consistency has been quite good and it's quick! I initially thought the ~20g capacity would have been an issue, but the ease & speed of use alleviates that concern.

Great grinder for the price

Sorry submited an incomplete review by accident here's the whole thing:

Bought the version with titanium coated burrs. I had long been looking for an espresso-capable grinder at a reasonable price and this one is very close to ideal. Very good looking, well built (all metal except for the wooden knob, which feels great) and easy to use.

When looking at reviews many seemed critical of the lack of precision in the stepped grind-size adjustment. Fortunately, it is possible to adjust the size with quarter-step and half-step increments even if I doubt the grinder was made with that in mind.

The burrs were stuck on arrival, they seemed to have been installed too tight. Simply had to disassamble and reassamble the grinder. This video helped a lot: https://youtu.be/Yr14CH--0bY

A convenient answer to my coffee needs

Everything works smoothly. Easy to operate. Constant results. Sturdy design. I should have bought this sooner.
