Back In Business !!!!!!

After having the handle break off the original basket after it dropped i went on line looking for a replacement . This is something you just don't find at a local store .
Not only did Eight Ounce have one at a good price , the $10 shipping was worth it for not having to leave my house to drive anywhere and stay safe during these times .
The shipping was quick and after washing it i'm back in business enjoying fresh brewed coffee !!!!!!!

The missing part that I needed.

The part is exactly what I was looking for. The shipping arrived in a timely manner. As another reviewer also mentioned, the cost of shipping was a bit of a shock.

Hi Anthony, thanks for your review - we're glad the part was what you needed to get brewing again! Unfortunately we do have to charge $10 for orders less than $75 - every order we send out costs us more than that to ship, and there isn't much money to be made on parts. But we're just happy to be able to help you out and get you going again :)

Good turnaround

I dropped the basket for by Bonavita brewer and the handle snapped off (4 yo). Could still use, but hassle. Ordered replacement from 8 ounce. $17 seemed typical/OK, but ship + tax drove to $31 - for a really simple, small piece of moulded plastic. But it was a smooth process and arrived in good time. Part exactly like original. All in all. pretty happy with my "Eight Ounce" experience.
