Murambi Lungo Capsules

From the Democratic Republic of the Congo, this coffee is produced by the SOPACDI cooperative at the Murambi Micro-Station. Cherries for this lot are depulped and fermented in open-air tanks for 12–18 hours before being soaked, washed, and dried for 20–30 days. The careful processing enhances the traditional spicy and chocolatey profile with an abundance of fruit, making it a standout among high-quality DRC coffees.

The SOPACDI cooperative focuses on improving coffee production quality and its members' livelihoods.

Zesty

This is the first espresso I have had that really comes off high with citrus notes, like when you peel an orange and or lemon and then squeeze the peel to where the oils come off of it. It has a sparkling aspect to it with an underlying milk chocolate. It is very different and I recommend it for the uniques of it! Delicious!
