    Produced by Trinidad Apolinar Hernandez Aranda at Finca Santa Rosa in Chiapas, Mexico, this washed blend of Typica, Bourbon, and Marsellesa varietals is grown at 1,550 meters. Trinidad, who has been cultivating coffee since the age of 13, has transformed his farm into a thriving, internationally recognized estate. This coffee offers a smooth, medium body with balanced acidity and a lasting sweetness, reflecting the dedication and resilience of its producer.
