    The APAX LAB Tonik [1] mineral concentrate is made of demineralized water and analytical reagent grade minerals (AR), ensuring very high levels of purity.

    Tonik [1] has been formulated to enhance the vibrant acidity of your coffee and will impart a crisp, intense and juicy kick to your brew.

    • Taste profile: vibrant | bright | juicy
    • Composition: water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate
    • Bottle Size
      • Standard: 100ml (3.4oz) (approximately 150 brews)
      • Nano: 20ml (0.68oz) (approximately 30 brews)
  • How to Use:
    1. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use
    2. Add 3g-4g of mineral concentrate to 1 litre of brew water, or add 1 to 10 drops, directly into your coffee

Highlights acidity very well

Easy to use pre or post brew — just shake and drop. In my experience it far exceeds Third Wave Water or Lotus drops. I like 50-70ppm brews, which helps this product last longer. If you follow their instructions for ~120ppm, it's going to run out fairly quickly.
