The KINTO CERAMIC LAB Bowl 135mm can easily be filled with your favourite breakfast cereal or some freshly made garden vegetable soup.

The KINTO CERAMIC LAB collection was born from the timeless traditions of Japanese craftsmanship. The CERAMIC LAB collection is delicate, with rustic accents. The clay textures in the bases are so nice to hold that you won't want to put them down! Developed by working closely with craftsmen in traditional pottery villages of Japan, the collection is a modern interpretation of Japanese tableware. Knowledge and skills were inherited to develop each product - from the proportion of clay and glaze, to the sensitive transformations while firing that depend on temperature and humidity. These ceramics are so nice that you may just want to buy the whole collection!

Do not overheat in the microwave or heat without water. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Product size and shape varies in each item due to manufacturing process. Appearance of colour glaze unevenness varies in each item. Some products may take on scorched-like texture on the surface. It is a unique glaze effect called "yo-hen", unintended colour transformation show on the ceramic and porcelain after firing.

After use of metal utensils, grey marks may become noticeable on the surface of tableware. These are called metal marks, and they are caused by the friction between porcelain and metal. To remove them, we recommend using a soft cleanser such as Bar Keeper's Friend and gently rubbing with a wet cloth or sponge.

My favourites

These bowls are my favourites! They are SO sturdy and heavy and fantastic quality. I've already dropped them and there was no visible damage. They're great for cereal and soup, and look fabulous. 5 stars!

Great service all around

Staff is responsive, the gear arrives quickly, the problems are few and far between (and when it happens, the reparations are swift and fair!). This is a company that cares about the specialty coffee industry in Canada and isn't afraid to show it.
