Excellent travel optio

Excellent travel option for espresso on the go.

Originally purchased as a stop gap while my home machine was in sick bay, but also with the view of travel optionality.

Makes decent shots of espresso with crema, but takes some work. A little fussy / messy for second shot prep while on the trail, but again good value for price and excellent performance for convenience.

I need to find a strategy to get the shot a bit warmer, as the plastic doesn't seem to hold the heat that well, especially if it's cold out.

Service and time spent by the guys at Eight Ounce was amazing. Great crew of guys!

Fun to use, portable, and makes tasty espresso

I bought this along with the NS adapter. It makes a delicious shot with Nespresso pods, and is perfect to take to work with me. The cleanup with the pod adapter is quick and easy. That said I think the result it produces with the included 8 gram basket is even better than with pods but pods are most convenient when there are time and space constraints. My colleague loves the shots it produces too, and it saves us having to spend our entire break waiting in line at the coffee shop.

Only have 2 concerns with this:
First is that the case it comes with is not big enough when you want to add the ns adapter or other accessories, so you are either forced to buy an extra ( larger sized ) case online from Wacaco, or carry around the accessories separately.
Second is that the spout part of the adapter is difficult to dry completely because the metal screen is bolted to it, creating a spot where water and coffee residue could build up.
Since I have only had the nanopresso for a couple of weeks I will have to see how that impacts it over time.
