Must have for pour over

Huge improvement over the stock burrs for pour over and very quick and easy to swap.
On par and possibly better than my ZP6 hand grinder.
For the price this is a no-brainer.

Great Upgrade

These burrs will convert the DF54 into a more filter-focused grinder, but they also work for modern high-clarity espresso!

When brewing pour over, the difference between the stock burrs and the brew burrs is quite noticeable. I found the stock burrs a little too muddy for my taste. The brew burrs produce clean brews with little to no astringency, but possibly a little flat when compared to high end burrs such as SSP or Timemore Turbo burrs.

For espresso, these burrs produce very few fines but they will grind fine enough to pull excellent light-roast shots on my 54mm Breville machine. No guarantees for 58mm PF, as a finer grind is likely required, but I suspect they will be fine.

Overall, an excellent value burr set, making the DF54 an even more versatile!
