    Weber Workshops designed the EG-1 from the ground up, centered around the burrs. Given that burr-centric focus, they have created The Ultra (DB-2) Burr Set for the ultimate, near-zero retention pourover grind profile.

    Please Note: The EG-1 ships standard with Weber Workshops's magnetically mounted CORE (DB-1) Burr Set, designed to be used for everything from pourover to espresso.
