Doesn't Stain!

I was a bit worries about buying the sage one since I'm used to my spatulas staining, but the oil literally slides right off and doesn't leave any lasting damage. I cook with a lot of turmeric, curry, etc. so this is amazing! I will definitely be buying more :D
