• SILICONE SEALS BETTER

  Replace that leaky gasket in the group head of your La Marzocco, Slayer or Mavam espresso machine with this neutral and aroma-free 6.0mm silicone gasket from Caffewerks. The soft consistency creates a better seal and makes installation even easier.

  Designated a 6.0mm. Measures at 6.3mm finished. Portafilter lands at 6 o'clock on newer gear. This gasket is measured at two points; where the portafilter basket lands (6.0mm) and the overall measurement (8.0mm) is the cone that sits inside the basket as an additional seal.

  • Forms tight seal without tightening the portafilter as much as a standard gasket

  • Petroleum based grease can degrade silicone. Use a silicone lubricant instead, ideally a food safe white grease.
  • Use the portafilter with the basket removed to install the gasket to avoid breakage

  Please note that although the gaskets are strong under compression, you should never use a sharp tool like a screwdriver to install them. This may tear the silicone.
