Nice quality book with a leather cover. It is good for quick reference between brews as you change variables. It is a bit expensive for what it is, though.

I would also be interested in a book that helps track flavour, such as acidity, sweetness, bitterness, body, and flavour notes. Something similar to the booklet that comes with Leaderboard Coffee.
