Reviews
Dense but surprisingly readable for math/physics/coffee geeks like myself. If you want to understand what's happening in your cup, this is a very interesting book!
After reading the Physics of Filter Coffee and enjoying that I decided to pick this up as well. Gagne wrote this newer book in a more easy to digest way in my opinion and I am thoroughly enjoying the book so far. Very dense, but great if that is what you are into.
Incredibly in depth on how the espresso process works. Highly recommend this read.
Very insightful! A must have for espresso nerds.
