    NSF certified and fabricated from a single piece of durable brewer's grade stainless steel, the Toddy® Cafe Series Cold Brew Paddle is perfect for gently breaking the crust of your cold brew bloom to help prevent air pockets and thereby ensure optimal extraction. Each Toddy® Cafe Series Cold Brew Paddle is designed to rest on the brewer handle, which helps keep your brewing tools sanitary throughout the brewing process.
