The protective film for acaia pearl is precisely designed to fit the acaia pearl collection. The slim and transparent coating with round corners offers scratch protection for your acaia pearl weighing platform. It maintains the clarity of the scale display while not interfering with the touch sensitive buttons.
Just like screen protectors for your phone, but a lot cheaper! The one that came preinstalled on my Pearl S started getting nicks and scratches so I grabbed a pack of these. For $11.50 it's a not brainer as I'll be able to replace them every 6-12 months and keep my Acaia looking fresh, clean, and protected.
I've gotten the one pre-installed on my scale dirty quite quickly, and having extra sets of the protective film keeps things super clean!
Highly recommend to be prepared in worst case scenarios, and it's always nice to have a backup.
