Each canister is made from high‑borosilicate glass, a material that's both highly transparent and thermal‑shock resistant (-20℃ to 150℃), letting you store hot or cold ingredients with confidence. The canister's wide ⌀100mm (⌀3.94in) opening makes for easy filling, scooping, and cleaning, while the three available sizes means an option is available to fit your cupboard and countertop space.

  Paired with Timemore's Vacuum Pump (sold separately), Spacer canisters create a stable low‑oxygen environment that slows oxidation and protects delicate aromas. Vacuum sealing is automatic. When placed over the lid's integrated valve, the USB-C chargable pump detects the seal and begins vacuuming, stopping automatically once the ideal pressure is reached. For coffee that continues to degas, the pump can be used for scheduled top‑offs every 1, 2, or 3 days, maintaining a drum‑tight seal without any guesswork. To equalize the pressure, simply give the valve a quick squeeze, releasing the seal and allowing the lid to be removed.
