You can leave your tea ball in the drawer because the Cast Teapot has mesh strainer built into the lid! The lid also has a silicone seal that fits snugly to the pot - preventing unnecessary spills and keeping your beverage warmer for a longer period of time. With it's minimal parts, KINTO has made cleaning the teapot nice and easy!

Use only for its intended purposes. Do not overheat teapot in the microwave or heat without water. Lid is not microwave safe. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Sudden temperature change may break or shatter the product. While the glass is hot, do not pour cold liquids into it and do not place it on a wet cloth or a wet surface. To prevent rust on lid, immediately wash and dry well after use. Product size and shape varies in each item due to manufacturing process.

Very good looking teapot

I love everything in Kinto's Cast collection, and this teapot is no exception. It is a very good looking piece of glassware that makes for an enjoyable tea-drinking experience. I was unsure if I should get this size, or the smaller one, but I am glad I went with this one. Any smaller would essentially be a single serving pot.

Cute teapot, short and stout

As the old poem says, "Tip me over, pour me out. " I am enjoying putting large tea leaves in my Kinto teapot and watching them dance. This pot is lightweight and so well-made. When the tea has brewed and we've finished drinking cups of wonderful tea, I empty the liquid remaining from the pot and put the wet leaves around my plants in my outdoor garden. Great way to compost.
