Minimum order $250 for wholesale pricing

Volume Discounts

For wholesale customers who wish to increase their margin and reduce their costs, we offer a volume discount of 10% on orders over $1000 in value (before shipping and taxes)

This discount applies to your entire order (excluding shipping and taxes), with some exceptions. The following exceptions are in place because of tight margins, reducing our ability to offer larger discounts.

We strive to keep our prices as low as possible, and on a few of products it is impossible to offer further discounts on the wholesale price. Rather than increasing the wholesale price for our smaller customers, we prefer to keep pricing accessible to everyone. In essence, the wholesale price is equivalent to a 10% discount, but is available to everyone. We have reduced the prices on some wholesale products to reflect this.

Exceptions to volume discounts:

Coffee
Tea
Syrups
Donations
Alternative Milks
Bean Dosers
Electric Brewers
Electric Grinders
Nut Milk Makers
Parts and replacements
Atago
Bentwood
Breville
Brood
ceado
DF Grinders
Duomo
Fellow Ode
Fiorenzato
Getchu Some Gear Canada
Kaffelogic
LUCCA
Morning

Once your order reaches $1000 you will see what your discount is on each item at checkout. If no discount is listed, it means it is excluded from volume discounts.

Effective February 1, 2024, our 15% discount tier was discontinued and free shipping extended. Please click here for more information.

The RIM collection from KINTO incorporates designs from traditional Japanese tableware, with the rim of the cup having a subtle touch of European flare. These cups showcase your favourite teas and bring warmth and comfort into your home.

Made in the Hasami region of Japan, the RIM collection brings to life the true spirit of the ceramic traditions of the area. The white cups have an elegant tint of blue, a characteristic of being made in the Hasami region. The earth grey cups have a gentle yet unique expression, made by utilizing clay containing iron powders which are normally considered impurities.

The RIM Tea Cup 180ml (6oz) is perfect for your morning meditation or for an afternoon tea with a friend.

  • Use for drink service, from the kitchen to the table.

Do not overheat in the microwave or heat without water. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Product size and shape varies in each item due to manufacturing process.

After use of metal utensils, grey marks may become noticeable on the surface of tableware. These are called metal marks, and they are caused by the friction between porcelain and metal. To remove them, we recommend using a soft cleanser such as Bar Keeper's Friend and gently rubbing with a wet cloth or sponge.
