    NSF certified and BPA free, the Toddy® Commercial Model Cold Brew Paddle is ideal for gently breaking the crust of your cold brew bloom to help prevent air pockets and thereby ensure optimal extraction. In addition, the stain-resistant grey paddle is designed to rest on the brewer to help keep your brewing tools sanitary throughout the brewing process.
