    This ⌀12in (30.5cm) cast-iron skillet is a durable workhorse ideal for cooking chicken with crispy skin, caramelized onions, and steak. It's big enough to feed multiple mouths and has been pre-seasoned to make cleaning easier.

    The King Sear is made of cast-iron. The King Sear is pre-seasoned for you, meaning that it's nonstick from day one, easy to clean, and requires minimal maintenance.

    • To prevent staining, wipe down the exterior of King Sear before placing it in the oven

Love it!

The only pan we use! There is nothing that we throw at it that it can’t handle. Whereas most 12” pans are measured from the top lip and taper steeply downward, this pan has almost vertical sides; meaning much more usable cooking area. It’s beautiful, so it lives on our stove full time, always ready to go.
