Happy to find replacement parts

So happy to find a Canadian retailer offering replacement parts for my Mini Slim! I purchased my Mini Slim about ten years ago and was sad when I broke the plastic bottle bottom after accidentally knocking the whole thing onto the floor. Luckily, thanks to Eight Ounce, I can replace just that part and keep using the grinder as a whole - which also prevents unnecessary waste in the landfill since I don’t have to buy an entire new one. Shipping from Calgary to Vancouver was lightning fast - I ordered Tues night and received it Fri morning. Thanks so much!!

Fit perfectly

We had an earlier Hario slim grinder. We broke the original bottle and this new one fit perfectly. Now, back to coffee...

Replacement Part

The Hario Slim Replacement Bottle was difficult to find online so when I found it on the Coffee Eight Once website, I was so thrilled. However, the shipping options were terrible. Economy has no tracking and lists a window of 2 to 5 weeks! (Crazy, are they delivering it by horseback?) I did however, receive the parcel in about 7 business days, which was really nice and the replacement was perfect.

Just like the original

The original bottle was pretty sturdy but it cracked after a tumble from an upper cupboard to a tile floor. This replacement bottle is of excellent quality and is identical to the original.
