  The Caffewerks BaristaFLO Puck Screen with Integrated Membrane (58.5mm) can help soften and even the delivery of water to the coffee bed and help prevent channeling and to ensure a more even and balanced extraction. The use of a puck screen also helps keep the group shower screen cleaner by reducing coffee particles from entering the screen surface.

  By adding the laser-cut, integrated membrane feature of their BaristaFLO shower screens to a puck screen, Caffewerks has produced a product that helps the extraction process by allowing the water to pass over the bed of coffee with a more even distribution.

  The puck screen is added as a final step on top of your tamped espresso bed, before starting your extraction. The small holes (logo side) should face down toward the bed of coffee.
