Almost perfect

This upgrade to our Flair 58 x was essential to maintain the brewing temperatures we need for the light roast specialty coffee we prefer. When used in conjunction with an instant read thermometer, we're able to target the range we need. The temperature differs in the brewer between higher up and lower down, and the water cools off initially on the first brew, so we preheat and add water first thing before grinding and prepping the puck, then brew once the thermostat has come back up to temperature (indicated by a steady light). This is much better than multiple water changes that we were doing without the heating attachment.
