Works well to make sure the water I use for coffee doesn't calcify my espresso machine. Price wise per liter, ends up much more economical than other pre-made powder packets, for example.
Really does change the flavour of coffee based on what chemical composition is in the water. Definitely recommend this in conjunction with the other Lotus water drops. This and calcium are the most used for me.
