Our update on inventory for the holidays

We hope you had a great summer!

With the holiday season fast approaching, and the second year of COVID disruptions looming, we wanted to give you - our wonderful wholesale customers - an update on stock availability and inventory levels.

Our ordering team has been working closely with our suppliers and manufacturers since the pandemic began, and while some of our product lines have become easier to source than they once were, some have become even more difficult. 
 
We are still struggling with container ship availability, port lockdowns, and extreme shipping delays. Containers that used to take 6 weeks to arrive from overseas now might take 4-6 months or longer.
 
Manufacturing delays are still a constant issue across the globe. With local lockdowns and raw material shortages, products are still taking longer to make, while demand is higher than ever.
 
That being said, we have close relationships with our suppliers, who are trying their best to get us the stock we need. We are always working hard to bring in as much inventory as possible, and in particular, leading up to the holidays. We recommend getting your wholesale orders in early to avoid disappointment, as there will be products we sell out of and cannot replenish for a few months. 
 
Some of our low-availability/high-demand products may have a maximum quantity implemented on them. This is to ensure that all of our customers get a fair chance to stock their shelves. If there is available stock, you will be able to re-order that same quantity three weeks later.
 
Make sure you take advantage of our Back in Stock Notifications - if a product is out of stock, you will see a button on its product web page to be notified when the item has arrived in our warehouse. We have many containers on the way, so a product that is sold out now may still arrive in time for holiday sales.
 
We have a huge product range, so if something is sold out that you had your heart set on, get in touch with our customer service team and we will recommend an alternative or give you some suggestions on popular retail products that we do have in stock.
