  • DON'T PLUNGE WITH A WORN OUT RUBBER ;-)

Congratulations on being a total AeroPress ninja, and wearing out the rubber gasket that comes with it! If your AeroPress starts feeling a bit loose and wobbly when you push it down, you might need a new seal.

This replacement silicone rubber seal gasket is compatible with both the AeroPress Original and the AeroPress Go coffee makers.

    • Styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene, a medical-grade thermoplastic elastomer that is FDA and EU approved for use in contact with food
    • BPA and Phthalate free
    • Compatible with both the AeroPress coffee maker and the AeroPress Go travel coffee press
  • Use to replace the seal on the end of your existing plunger.

The seal does wear down over time. To maximize seal life, always eject the used coffee right after brewing and store your AeroPress coffee maker with the seal pushed all the way through the chamber. This keeps the seal free of compression for longer seal life. There is no adhesive on the seal, so you can easily remove it and then replace it on the AeroPress plunger.

We recommend occasionally removing the seal from the end of the plunger for a good washing inside and out with warm water and dish soap.

Just what I needed!

Starting to get a little leakage and blowby after a year of hard use...just what you need to have your AeroPress performing like new! It's amazing how much the old one was worn. Do NOT store your plunger inside the unit... constant compression of the gasket causes it to wear faster.

Perfect piece to fix my aero press

So simple to change out! I’ve had my aeropress for quite some time and was storing it wrong, causing the rubber piece to deteriorate faster than usual. A quick swap with a new one that I bought at EightOunce fixed the problem and my aero press is as good as new! Thanks!

Works perfectly again

After 6 years my original gasket finally failed.
This replacement works perfectly and I am once again getting great coffee from my aeropress.
Highly recommended.

Same as the original

Got exactly what I was looking for. A replacement seal that fits right and works well! Very happy with my purchase.

Exactly what it says

This is just an identical seal to the one that comes standard on your aeropress when you first purchase it. What more is there to say? It works perfectly!
