Got this on 50% discount. It is a chemical which does what it says on the packaging. With the discount, excellent value for money.

High Performance

I backflush my espresso machines with this cleaning solution about once every 200 shots pulled, in addition to doing a water backflush 3-4 times per month. I also use this to clean pour-over coffee gear, coffee mugs & flasks, and tea gear including kettles and cups.

Cheap and Works well for Espresso and Pourover Filter.

I have been using this on my gaggia classic pro to backflush once a week and its been working great, foams up really nice and works well to clean any coffee oil and gunk. I also used it to clean my cloth filter every once in a while and it completely cleans it after sitting in warm water with the powder for 10 or so minutes. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for espresso cleaning powder!
