Dimtu Tero, otherwise known as the Dimtu Plantation, is a 151 hectare semi-forest farm, blending in seamlessly with the forests of the Guji region. The farm’s owner, Getachew Zekele, makes every effort to leave nature untouched.The farm cultivates Heirloom varietals, as well as 74110 and 74112 cultivars, developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Centre in 1974 for better disease-resistance and longevity.
