• An elegant, creamy cup, this Guji offering displays a more delicate side to Ethiopian natural lots.

  Named after the sub bekele (a smaller area of a municipality) where the Gora farmer group resides, this natural process lot includes Gibirrina/Serto varietals (74110 & 74112) alongside assorted Heirloom cherries.

  Grown under a canopy of indigenous trees on the rich soils of the Guji zone, the plants are cared for on land averaging only 2.5 ha per producer, each growing coffee exclusively. All have been trained in agronomy and post-harvest practices by the “King of Guji”, True Waji, who also manages the area’s dry mills.
