  • FLOW-CONTROL FOR SIMPLIFIED BREWING!

The NEO is a manual espresso maker from Flair, built for beginners and those seeking convenient, affordable espresso in their homes. The NEO uses no electricity and no pods so you can feel good about yourself and your environment.

The secret to the NEO is its custom Flow-Control Portafilter (ver. 2), which features a removable spout for cleaning and de-clogging and simplifies the brewing process by controlling the flow of your brew water through your coffee grounds to ensure proper espresso extraction. This means that you can use any whole beans you want and grind them with any grinder you have - from high end burr grinders to less expensive blade grinders. The result will be the same. Beautiful, delicious shots of espresso topped with a thick layer of crema.

Great little unit

Super easy to make great espresso. All you need is hot water and good beans (and a touch of strength). Makes it easy to tweak recipes as needed. Will be adding a second brew unit for making drinks for 2.

Truly amazing

Great design, absolute pleasure to use. Really capable to make great tasting espresso even without a high end grinder. Upgrade is also available so it is also great for someone who is interested in playing around and willing to invest in making espresso as a hobby.

Yassssspresso

I had been stalking entry level machines for far too long before this purchase. The savings below entry level semi-auto machines, coupled with space savings, and the stellar reviews convinced me to make the purchase.

Its only been a week - but it's very intuitive, easy to clean (blow the puck out!), and makes a nice shot of espresso. I also made the upgrade to the bottomless portafilter, which made a notable difference for an affordable price. I may decide to go for the pressure gauge at a later date but haven't found it to be necessary yet.

Great entry to manual espresso

I have the picopresso too and the Neo is much more forgiving. It’s less fiddly too. For its price point and quality I think this is a good step into manual espresso.

It would be nice if it had space for a double espresso, but that would be my only criticism.

Great Quality Espresso

It took a little bit of practice to get a hand of it (less than five tries) but this is now the best espresso i’ve been able to make.

I’ve been able to get nice full bodied, balanced espresso with lots of sweetness!! really happy with it
