Biocaf is formulated from all natural, plant-based ingredients, does not contain phosphates, and all ingredients are food safe. So put away that screwdriver and put in a capful of Biocaf instead! -

Grinder Cleaning Instructions
- Empty all coffee from grinder
- Add Biocaf Grinder Cleaning Tablets: use 1 cap full (35-40g) for espresso (or home grinders) grinders or 2 caps full (70-80g) for commercial grinders
- Adjust grinder to medium setting and operate
- To purge residual dust from the tablets, repeat above process twice with coffee
- Repeat if desired
- Note: Dust may develop during grinding and is harmless. Wipe particulates from hopper, spout, and doser. Keep container tightly closed and dry.

One might wonder why do one needs a grinder cleaning tablet, because coffee beans leaves oil residue behind in the grinding process. After a while oil will become rancid and gives an off tasing flavor if not cleaned properly. So this is where this tablet comes in, it's really convenient and painless option.
I primarily use these cleaning tablets when transitioning to a new batch of coffee. While they claim to remove oils and particles from the burrs without the need for disassembly, I still suggest taking the grinder apart to clean off the ground tablet residue and brush the burrs. Also, I would recommend running a small amount of beans afterward to ensure any remaining residue is cleared out.
