  • A FAVOURITE IMPROVED

The classic Skerton Coffee Grinder from HARIO has been upgraded. The Skerton Plus stabilizes the ceramic burrs with a nifty little plate for a significantly more consistent grind. It's still high capacity so you can brew for everyone and it still won't break the bank.

A hand grinder has always been an essential part of any travel/work kit, and this is one of the best. With a ceramic conical burr set (the bit that grinds the coffee) and a sturdy handle, this will provide you with consistently ground fresh coffee to ensure a delicious caffeinated beverage. As you can easily adjust the grind size, the Skerton's suitable for virtually any brew method, and will protect you from the evils of instant coffee, wherever you are.

Great grind!

Perfect hand grinder - does a great job and the glass container gives an elegant feel over a plastic one. Easy to use and very reasonable price.

Perfect first grinder

This is my first time grinding my own coffee, and I wanted something simple to use and non-electric. It was very easy to learn how to use this grinder and how to change the coarseness of the grind. I am very happy with it!

Seems like a solid little unit.

Purchased this after many years of waiting for a good hand grinder that was practical and easy to use and would be durable , made with quality
components. There are many good reviews out there , as there are for many things. I purchased for when the grid goes down and when traveling
in areas where good coffee is hard to find. If you are traveling by vehicle , that means always having your camp stove , water and fuel along ,
as well as your favorite brew method. We have only used it for the set up , taking it for a test drive. Do not yet have any longevity studies testing
it's durability. After 2 trial runs it continues to prove easy to use and to produce a consistent grind.

Great grinder- no issues with the base for me.

After 14 years the Zassenhaus Mokka I'd bought in Berlin, Nov 2007, crapped out and I need a new hand grinder for pourover. I opted for this Hario and so far it's performed flawlessly. One thing I can't wrap my head around is why, when I live in Calgary not very far from 8 Oz, I had to pay for delivery, but the grinder is fabulous. Recommended.
